Check In for the Apartment is from 14h30. You will be required to complete and sign a brief Registration form (this includes taking a credit card imprint for your damages deposit) on check-in. Please could you advise your expected arrival time so that we can schedule to personally welcome you and check you in. An Early Check In can only be accommodated by special request and cannot be guaranteed. Let us know and we’ll see if we can organise same. Late Check In Fee: please note that any arrivals after 17h00 incur a late check-in fee of R250.

Please note that you are checking into a self-catering apartment. Although the reception is 24 Hours please note that it is just a general reception desk for the entire Apartment Block. Your concierge will be coming out and meeting you at the building complex to check you into your apartment. We would appreciate if you could give us a call at least 45 minutes before your arrival (or when you leave the airport) so that we can meet you.
